Ah, you guys got me on that one, I remember reading about the support for new buttons in 2K/XP now that you mention it.

You can do some subclassing and message handling in CMAC, but for something like this I still think the best way to do it is to configure the Logitech driver to generate the keystrokes you’re looking for, but unfortunately it might be a global thing. I’m almost certain Logitech had some gaming profile stuff at one time that watched for specific processes to start and setup the controls automatically. But they may not offer it anymore.
