For finding the starting and ending of a marked block you can use
Block_Line1
Block_Col1
Block_Line2
Block_Col2

And to find the kind of block marked (stream,line,column,none) check the value of Block_Stat. The following values are defined in Block.sh:

The last one, 4, is I think is for Non-Inclusive blocks (whether or not the block contains the character at the current cursor position).
