    Question
Check for Upgrade… doesn’t work. How can I fix it?

    Answer
Go to Tools | Customize… | General from the main menu bar, then click on the Keys/Commands… button to display the Command Mapping dialog. Click the Search button to the right of the command list, then type Check for Upgrade in the textbox labeled Search For:. This should find the Check for Upgrade command in the list and highlight it (if not, then your command map is corrupt). Click the Edit button. The command line should read:[list:wjqgv9j1]“<ME_PATH>MeUpg.exe” /V=”<VER>”[/list:u:wjqgv9j1]If not, correct it, typing the command exactly as given above, including the quotation marks.
