I suggest when the user is editing a .CSS file (Cascading Style Sheet) and requests Extension-Specific Help via HELP->Extension-Specific, the help for HTML should come up the same way it does now if the user is editing a .HTML file, rather than general help for Multi-Edit.

Roger that. Simple fix, and one you can apply yourself in the meantime. From the main menu bar open Tools | Customize… and press the Filename extensions… button. Then select CSS on the Filename Extension Setup list that appears, and click the Edit button to bring up the Edit Filename Extension Setup dialog. Then simply enter[code:3t8wrm0w]<~!WL_HtmlHelp>[/code:3t8wrm0w] into the box labeled Default Help file.
