Every time I’ve tried to run the update patch I get the error message that I do not have a registered copy (No serial number) Or I’m trying to patch a copy that is earlier than 9.0. Currently I’m running 9.0 RC2. The ABOUT window shows my serial number.
Jerry, you’ll need to contact our sales department and request a full version download as the release you are using will not accept patch updates. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your registration information so they’ll be able to locate you in the database.
